My experience in EME2040 has been unlike most of my courses at FSU. I am in the asynchronous section, and what I have found most interesting about this course is how it is formatted. Most of my asynchronous courses in college are typically formatted in the same way; there are small assignments due every week, and then 3 unit tests periodically throughout the semester, followed by a final exam. I have grown very comfortable with test taking and have relied on it to get good grades. Because this class is strictly assignments, and the assignments tend to be a little lengthy, I get behind on work, and since there aren't tests, I have no way to really bring my grade up. The instructor has been super helpful and I can tell that she genuinely cares about this class.
